  • Create a hiring roadmap by phase, not panic
    Strategy: Plan hires around revenue or operational milestones — not fire drills.
    Example: “After our first 20 clients, we’ll need customer success support.”

  • Avoid the ‘Swiss Army Knife’ trap
    Strategy: Hire specialists with stretch potential, not generalists who burn out.
    Example: Instead of a “do-it-all ops lead,” hire a solid coordinator + contract finance support.

  • Use your founder brand to attract top talent
