As a Recruitment and Career Thought Leader, I've faced the same career transition challenges many others do. Before finding my passion as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Tech, I struggled with job searching and aligning my skills with my interests. This led to a series of unsatisfying jobs and frustrating interviews.
